Delivery Charges

For UK orders, delivery fees apply unless otherwise specified. For international orders, additional charges may apply based on destination.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 working days. During peak periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may vary. We recommend ordering early to avoid any seasonal delays.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including adverse weather or courier disruptions.

Click & Collect in Exeter

If you're local or visiting Exeter, you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from us. Just select the Click & Collect option at checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup with all necessary details.

Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery

  • There is an error with your order (e.g., incorrect items received)

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items or items damaged due to customer mishandling.

2. How to Request a Return

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your return quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging, if applicable

Email us at info@thepuddingcollection.com. Our team will respond with next steps and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we confirm that your order qualifies for a refund:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we may offer you the option of a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to send a replacement.
